Our story

Welcome to Buena Vista Studios – a coastal boutique brand, inspired by the Mediterranean magic of Xàbia (Jávea) on Spain’s sun-kissed Costa Blanca.

We’re a young family of five – two dreamers and three little adventurers aged 5 to 7 – who fell in love with the Mediterranean way of life from the moment we first visited in 2022. The sparkling sea, the slow and joyful rhythm of the days, the warm coastal colors… it was love at first sight.

Why Xábia?

With over 300 days of sunshine each year, Xàbia is known for having one of the best microclimates in the world. It’s where blue skies meet turquoise waters, and where every day feels like summer. The fresh sea air, the scent of orange blossoms, the rhythm of the waves – it’s the kind of place that makes you want to slow down, reconnect, and savor life’s simple pleasures.

A simple gift turned into a coastal brand

In 2024, we made our dream real and bought a cozy holiday apartment in Xàbia – a peaceful retreat between mountains and sea. When we started hosting guests, we wanted to give them something meaningful. Something that carried the spirit of the Costa Blanca home with them. So we created a simple gift: a beautifully crafted cap embroidered with our Buena Vista Studios logo.

We never expected what happened next.

Guests adored the cap. They wore it to the beach, on morning walks, on flights back home. They asked where they could buy one, if we had more, if their friends could get one too. What started as a heartfelt welcome gift quickly grew into a small coastal brand with a big Mediterranean soul.
